To provide Community Based Service Programme for people suffering from substance abuse problem, whereby they would be provided with services such as Substance Abuse Prevention and Awareness Services, Early Intervention, Treatment, Referrals and Aftercare Services to assist them holistically during their addiction and recovery process.
